Can any admin tell me how can I restore my pro acc nickname sweetdri

I think I massed up I cannot remember on which email I made my account

and when I was trying to change the password I changed my nick name to sweetdriaz I remember my password but I can not log in can some Admin help me fix that problem or tell me what should i do?
