Hello Asian players, if you have downloaded the iCCUP launcher and you are still unable to play Dota via ladder, then you should download the beta version of the launcher.

Only with the Beta version of the launcher can you play dota in the server.

This has been tested with a player from Malaysia who was struggling with the same issue as well. He downloaded the Beta launcher and managed to play his first game.
